All orders are placed into production as quickly as possible, usually the next business day. Production time varies based on what is ordered but is typically 10 -14 business days or less.

You will receive an email with an estimated shipping date after your order is placed into production. If you don't see this email check your SPAM folder. Please keep in mind this estimate can fluctuate, especially during the busy season.

Every order ships for a flat rate, $6.

Do to the custom nature of the products I do not accept returns. If there is a mistake, error, or
damage please send an email to within 7 days of receiving your order. I will do everything I can to make it right.

Unfortunately, tracking systems are notoriously unreliable. Our
experience has shown that when this happens, the order is in fact on its way despite the tracking not updating properly. Most commonly, the carrier forgets to scan your package. If your order does not arrive within a few days of your estimated delivery date, please send us an email to and I will help you out as best we can.

Due to rising costs it is not something readily available on the website. But, if you have a purchase you would like to make please contact me directly and I will do my best to work with you and make an option available.

Most orders are shipped priority mail with tracking numbers sent to you via email.
